Vineet Bhatnagar leads Advenshure India with over two decades of experience in enterprise operations, strategic transformation, and organizational leadership. Guided by the principles of servant leadership, he is committed to building high-performance teams rooted in accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

With expertise in operational design, workflow automation, CRM optimization, and agile methodologies, Vineet has consistently strengthened business ecosystems to deliver measurable impact in efficiency, customer experience, and profitability.

An MBA with specialization in CRM and a certified PMP, he continues to deepen his strategic capabilities through advanced study in Organizational Behavior and Strategic Management at IIM Lucknow. Under his leadership, Advenshure India is positioned as a disciplined and execution-focused capability center aligned with the firm’s long-term global vision.
